The problem.
Fundi sources high-quality marketing talent and runs a candidate pool over 3,500 strong. But the outreach that kept candidates warm — newsletters, job alerts, pipeline updates — was stitched together by hand. Applications came in through Typeform, candidate records lived in Recruit CRM, and getting the right email to the right segment meant manual exporting, list-building, and sending.
It didn't scale, it ate the team's time, and it left Recruit CRM doing a job it was never the right tool for.
What we did.
We built a single automated flow that carries a candidate from application all the way to inbox — no manual handling in between. A new Typeform submission feeds straight into the candidate database, and from there into Brevo, where segmented emails go out based on each candidate's skills and pipeline status. Newsletters and job alerts that used to be assembled and sent by hand now trigger and deliver on their own, to the right people, at scale.
The build replaced both Recruit CRM and the manual send process with one connected system. We developed it from scratch over three weeks — mapping the data, wiring the integrations, designing the templates, and testing against real candidate volumes so it held up across 3,500-plus contacts rather than a handful.
The outcome.
Fundi now sends segmented candidate communications automatically, straight off the back of an application, with no spreadsheet exports or copy-paste in the loop. The work that previously tied up the team runs on its own, the agency is off a CRM it had outgrown, and the system scales with the candidate pool instead of fighting it.
Three weeks of development bought Fundi a marketing engine that keeps working without anyone having to drive it.
